We guarantee our workmanship, but cannot guarantee the workmanship or quality of the tanner or manufacturer.

Tanning, coloring and manufacturing processes can and do vary from country to country (even different plants in one country), or nation to nation (90% of all leather garments are now imported).

Consumers who have stains on their garments should be informed by the dry cleaner that stains cannot always be removed because of the cellular structure of hides.

Manufactures use additives to hide imperfections, and/or to give the garment a plush, soft feel when new. We cannot replace the additives used by manufactures. However, we do use additives that replace some of the oils that are lost during normal wear and age.

Consumers should be informed that garment color and feel may vary after the cleaning process. Original color cannot always be successfully put back in to an oxidized suede or naked skin garment.
